Anthony Tuggle, Vice President – Mobility Sales and Service, AT&T Mobility leads the Mobility Sales and Solutions Centers with overall responsibility for over 12,000 combined internal employees and external partners frontline representatives across 50+ locations for Direct Mail Direct Response Centers (DMDR), Mobility Sales and Service Centers (MSS), Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), Individual Responsibility User (IRU), Prepaid, Retention, Specialty Centers and Back Office Operations. In addition, his organization delivers best in class customer service and a multi-billion dollar revenue stream from inbound and outbound sales for Mobility, U-verse and Broadband across the nation including the 22 states footprint.

Anthony has over 20 years experience with AT&T. During that time he has acquired an extensive background in Consumer Sales & Service and Care Operations, Product Marketing, Self Service/Ecommerce and Product Development. He also has experience in network operations, small business, human resources, and financial management.

Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Management. He is also an Executive Education graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, Anthony recently graduated from Emory University’s Executive MBA program in May 2014. Anthony actively participates in community events that support personal growth and development in others and efforts that improve race relations. An avid sports fan, he enjoys watching basketball and football.

Anthony lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Nicole and their daughter Angelina.
