Amir Farokhi is Chief Operating Officer of the College Advising Corps. Previously, he was Founder and Executive Director of GeorgiaForward, a statewide, public policy non-profit organization. Earlier, he practiced commercial litigation with a national law firm. In 2011, 2012 and 2013, Amir was named among the Most Influential Georgians by Georgia Trend Magazine. He is a 2011 Marshall Memorial Fellow, a Term Member with the Council on Foreign Relations and a Fellow with the Truman National Security Project. He serves on the Boards of The Galloway School, the Charles R. Drew Charter School, GeorgiaForward and the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition. Amir is a graduate of Duke University and Duke University School of Law.
